This kit will convert your single exhaust system to a dual exhaust system with a Performance muffler and dual tail pipes on your 2004-2008 Dodge Ram 1/2 ton applications. All Wheel Bases. 6 or 8 cyl. Our Kits will convert your single exhaust system to a dual exhaust system with a Performance muffler that will give your truck the look, sound and performance you have been searching for!! This rear exit kit will come out directly under the rear bumper on each side of the truck. 9 2.5 inch saddle clamps and 4 insulated rubber hangers This kit has the standard size 2.5 inch O.D. 409 stainless steel tail pipes are included. Higher flowing and longer lasting mandrel bend pipe is included. The 2 Slash Cut weld On tips are a powder coated stainless steel 18" long and 3.5" round. They will have a long lasting durable coat. The Super 40 features a black, oversize case, which keeps the resonance down while the deep outside tone says it’s a Flowmaster!. Utilizing Delta Flow Technology, this muffler gives the best performance to higher horsepower vehicles. Works in place of any other 40 Series muffler. Deeper, richer tone than original 40 Series muffler. Constructed of 16-gauge aluminized steel or 409S Stainless Steel. Fully MIG-welded for maximum durability. Please note: This system is designed to replace your factory OEM exhaust starting from the inlet of the muffler . If your exhaust has been replaced or modified previously fabrication to the existing exhaust on your truck may be necessary for the proper installation of our kit. Trucks with modified suspension or body lifts may also require fabrication of the exhaust or truck for the proper installation of our kit. This kit is designed to fit All Wheel Bases. 6 or 8 cyl.
